Ptosis Correction (Incision / Non-Incision)
Drooping eyelids
- Virtually scarless folds - Naturalness to the creases - Fast recovery
DESCRIPTION
Drooping eyelids (ptosis) can be a congenital problem (present from birth) or they can develop as you age.
Mild ptosis may not need treatment. However if your ptosis is interfering with your vision your consultant
may recommend ptosis correction.
In adult patient with ptosis, MVP7’s surgeon would perform elevator advancement surgery where the muscle
is moved forward without sacrificing any of it (in contrast to “elevator muscle resection”). The procedure is
performed with the goal of positioning the eyelid to the appropropriate level.
During surgery, in order to achieve the desired height, symmetry and cosmetic appearance,
Our surgeon will ask the patients open and close their eyes. Typically, Surgeon will sit the patients up during
the surgery and have them open and close their eyes so that the muscle and the position of the eyelid is
observed with gravity and may be adjusted. The patient is comfortable while the muscle is being adjusted.
Treatment time : Duration of stay : Recovery time : Anesthesia : Suture stitch out : Hospitalization : Routine follow-up :
50 minutes+ 06days 14days+ Regional anesthesia & Conscious sedation Stitches will be taken out 5~6days after surgery Non- applicable 2~3 Visits (including stitch out)

Magic Epicanthoplasty
& Lateral Canthoplasty
- Virtually scarless folds - Naturalness to the creases - Fast recovery
DESCRIPTION
Epicanthoplasty is a procedure that aims to release, or partially release, what is called an epicanthal fold.
The epicanthal, or Mongolian, fold is the skin present on the inner corner of the eyes of some Asian,
particularly East Asian, patients.
LateralCanthoplasty is a surgical procedure used to help create an up/down ward slant in the outer corner
of the eyelid .
A general feature among Asian patients is a relatively wide face with small eyes. Thus, Epicanthoplasty &
Lateral Canthoplasty is a very powerful operation for eyes that need horizontal enlargement. Vertical eye
enlargement alone increases the size of the eye vertically, yielding an adolescent and doll-like effect to the
patient’s appearance.
Treatment time : Duration of stay : Recovery time : Anesthesia : Suture stitch out : Hospitalization : Routine follow-up :
50 minutes+ 06days 14days+ Regional anesthesia & Conscious sedation Stitches will be taken out 7~8days after surgery Non- applicable 2~3 Visits (including stitch out)

Revision Eyelid Surgery
- Virtually scarless folds - Naturalness to the creases - Fast recovery
DESCRIPTION
A few reasons exist that a patient of double eyelid surgery would require or want a revision.
One reason that a revision would be required is if the new crease did not hold or results are not as
dramatic as the patient wanted. Our expert in double eyelid revision surgery in MVPPS understands that
not every treatment works out perfectly the first time around. Depending on the technique used, it is
occasionally possible to have the appearance reversed back to a single eyelid if the patient decides they
are unhappy with their new look. If you have been treated poorly by another doctor and feel unsatisfied
with your results, schedule a consultation with our double eyelid revision surgery expert.

Brow Lift
Makes you look happier, friendlier and more approachable
DESCRIPTION
The brow lift, also known as browplasty, is a cosmetic surgery procedure designed to rejuvenate the upper
one-third of the face i.e. brow and above it. The brow lift can elevate and reshape the brow and can improve
brow shape and correct the heaviness or drooping of the brow associated with aging. For a brow lift,
incisions are made along the upper / lower border of the eyebrow, with the width of the curved incision
corresponding to the amount the brow will be elevated. Skin is removed and the brow is lifted using
permanent sutures attached to the underlying muscle. Fine sutures are used to close the incision.
Treatment time : Duration of stay : Recovery time : Anesthesia : Suture stitch out : Hospitalization : Routine follow-up :
60 minutes+ 08days 14days+ Regional anesthesia & Conscious sedation Stitches will be taken out 7~8days after surgery Non- applicable 2~3 Visits (including stitch out)

Upper Blepharoplasty
Makes you look happier, friendlier and more approachable
DESCRIPTION
Upper Blepharoplasty is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and muscle from the upper eyelids.
Underlying fatty tissue that produces bagginess can be selectively removed or repositioned.
It can help improve vision in older patients who have hooding of their upper eyelids.
Although it can add an upper eyelid crease to the Asian eyelid, it will not erase evidence of one’s racial
or ethnic heritage. Blepharoplasty will not remove “crow’s feet” or other wrinkles, eliminate dark circles
under the eyes, or lift sagging eyebrows.
Treatment time : Duration of stay : Recovery time : Anesthesia : Suture stitch out : Hospitalization : Routine follow-up :
60 minutes+ 08days 14days+ Regional anesthesia & Conscious sedation Stitches will be taken out 5~7days after surgery Non- applicable 2~3 Visits (including stitch out)

Subocular Fat Repositioning
Makes you look happier, friendlier and more approachable
DESCRIPTION
Under eye bags are primarily caused by excess fat surrounding the area. The supporting structures,
which are comprised of tiny muscles, tendons, ligaments, and skin tend to weaken, which in turn makes
them less effective in holding the fat in place. As the muscles and skin sag, excess fat may protrude,
leading to a puffy, aged look.
Subocular Fat Repositioning is the invasive solution when dealing with under eye bags.
The main goal of this procedure is to remove or reposition excess fat, Recovery is generally quick in eyelid
surgeries since the skin surrounding the eye area heals quickly.
Treatment time : Duration of stay : Recovery time : Anesthesia : Suture stitch out : Hospitalization : Routine follow-up :
50 minutes+ 02days 14days+ Regional anesthesia & Conscious sedation Non- applicable Non- applicable 1~2 Visits (including stitch out)
